Ok, so you got some of that black goop on the carpet, or seat cloth material, and no solvent you have will clean it. Go to the local auto parts store, and pick up a can/bottle of "BREAK FLUID CLEANER". Try a little on a small part of the material to ensure it will not damage it. That stuff works great.
