I have a 1994 Dodge Spirit and my rear tail light and rear bumper rattles like crazy. I've put lots of Vblok in my trunk, so my trunk doesn't rattle. I heard from someone that I can use 3M's double sided foam tape to stop the rattling for my rear tail light. Can I also use that double sided foam tape for my bumper too or should I just use more layers of Vblok for my bumper because I already have 2 layers of Vblok on my bumper and it still rattles.

Can you add expandable foam or something to the inside of the bumper? I am not sure how that car is set up.
