I installed a new head unit in my 03 sentra yesterday and when I was done I noticed my airbag light was blinking. Ive heard of this happening to people before but Im not too sure what to do about it. Any advice would be great.

I've ran into this problem in the new ford tarus. What it was with that vehicle was that the air bag light circuitry was in the radio and when you replaced the factory it noticed that the resistance from the circuit wasn't there. This was fixable in the tarus by placing a 10k ohm resistor between pins 5 and 10 on the radio harness. My guess is if that is the case with your nissan i would use a multimeter and measure the resistance accross the pins in the radio harness with the factory radio back in and also with the aftermarket deck. If any of these resistances change then there is your problem. Just subtract the difference between the two resistances and wire up some resistors and place them in line with the radio harness. You may be able to find a wire harness diagram from scosche's website to save you some trouble of locating the right wires. I hope this helps you. Sorry I can't give you an exact answer with this car, but its a start.
