dynamat will help...modestly
the loudest rattle on them cars [yes, i've dealt with these same issues on a '95] are:
1) rear reflector [that's the MAIN rattle] in between your two tail lights. You'll need to unscrew it and stuff some convoluted foam behind it and screw it back down. Don't go out and buy real convoluted foam, it's unbelievably expensive. Just go buy the same 'eggshell' stuff you put on your bed for $8-$12 and call it a day. Dynamat not needed here [it's plastic anyway, you'll melt the sh1t trying to adhear it]
Do the same for your tail lights. I'd recommend against sprayfoaming that area, cus if you ever need to replace the bulb, you = fvcked.
2) trunk lid - sprayfoam all the holes inside it and mat the living hell out of it after (at least 2 layers). When it was all said and done, I couldn't use the pop trunk button in the car, the lid was that heavy.
3) winshield wipers (mainly the plastic trim that's right beneath them) - that plastic decor trim sucks ass. I fixed that by simply unscrewing & double stick taping it down (to keep it from bouncing around..yes, screw it back on after you tape it).
4) heat shield over your muffler - this one took me forever to find...but it's the most distinct sounding one being the entire car is plastic...and it's the sound of metal rattling. POS gets HOT, so you've got to be innovative here. Find something (non flammable, meltable, etc.) to wedge between the muffler and the heat shield...Problem solved. or just bend it out, but it will eventually start rattling again.
5) torsion bars - can't really hear that rattle outside the car...but inside it's annoying as all hell. I just took the foam padding off a bike (the old 'nut savers') and wrapped it around them....shazzamn, no more rattle inside. Might want to stuff something inbetween them as well, being they are always in contact with eachother.
6) sunroof mechanism - again, can't hear it outside the car, but inside it's a total annoyance. Pull down the headliner and you'll see the motor and everything for the sunroof. Sh1tty rivets are used to hold that in and it just bounces around. Found a quick fix by stuffing some napkins under it while driving...but i'm positive you'll want to do something more permanent.
6a) dome light - this one stems off of 6 being the lights i'm referring too are the attached to the same mechanism as the sunroof motor. Just need to find something to wedge inbetween the plastic and the metal.
6b) sunroof cover - this one literally pissed me off the most...the shotty plastic cover that slides back and forth for the sunroof...that thing is incredibly loud in any position. I just broke mine off and called it done.
6c) sunroof itself - don't know how much pressure you're creating...but my sunroof eventually broke. Not the glass, just all the parts. All the pins and what not that kept it in track started to snap and fall inside the car. Once that happened, the thing would pop up with every bassnote and just rattle the hell out of your ears. Keep the tracks lubricated and hope for the best. Once it starts to stick and slow down when opening/closing, you know it's going bad. PM me if you had/have this problem, there are a few ways to close it once it's locked in the open position.
7) motor - well...if you hear a clicking/rattle under the hood...it's not from the bass. just change/add oil.
this particular car rattles like no other...it's completely plastic & light enough to bounce around without any help from bass.
You'll never get it 100% quiet. I just listed the major annoyances..you'll still want to mat the interior (doors, roof, floor)
hope this helps

ps -- to answer your direct question. The rattle you're hearing coming from the rear deck is most likely the torsion bars. (the two bars going across that 'open' the trunk lid) There's nothing else under it to rattle, except 2 clips that go to the stock speakers...which i'm assuming you already snipped being you're running aftermarket gear

those plastic speaker grills bounce like crazy...but it's maybe 2ounces of plastic over some carpet. it doesn't really make noise.
Do you listen to it with the rear seats down...? Regardless,
trust me - put some attention in the rear reflector between the tail lights (you take it off by unscrewing the 6or so bolts from the inside of the trunk lid)...and do something with the torsion bars.
oh yeah, there's also a vent (if you will) on the driver side of the trunk...it allows airflow one way inside the trunk. it's light rubber flaps that clack pretty loud. can just take those out.
