Is it possible to get 12 speakers down to 1 ohm exactly? Specifically DVC's 4 ohm per coil. If not, what ohm per coil? [Confused]

wire them all up to 8 ohm then all parallel. this should give you a .66 load thats about as close as you can get unless you do some really wild wiring

or 2 sets of 6 all in parallel then series the pair for the .6666.

3 sets of 4 all parallel then series the sets to get 1.5 ohms.

i've been there done that before!!! lol

ok...i did mine in 3 sets of 4....

like fallon said, parallel each sub and parallel them together, so you get .5 ohms per row....then series the 3 rows together and you get 1.5 ohms

you could also series each sub, and parallel them all together to get 2 ohms per row, parallel them all together and get .7 which is close enough to 1 ohm it would play it depending on the amp of course
