This isn't the Extremist install but i refuse to run the speaker wires out of the port for this install because it would be an extra 4ft of wire and would look tacky.
Anybody know any strong, leak-free, non-degraded signal terminals?

Drill hole, run wire, fill hole with silicone. Done. It isn't like you will be drilling a 6" hole. It just needs to be big enough for the wires.

Thats usually what I do. The other thing is use a 2" hole saw, mount standard screw down terminals and use about a half tube of calk to keep them from leaking.

easier way! bolts as binding posts. use ring terminals on the bolts to attach the speaker wire on the inside but have the nut on the top with enough room for another nut that is where you put a ring terminal with a wire going to speaker output on ur amp. makes it reallly easy to change impedence...
