Tired of that plastic panel between the tail lights ratteling ??? Will people, I found a cure that cost me less then ten bucks and about a hour of my time. Stop by your local carpet store and buy some thick carpet pad. It comes in 6 foot wide sections. I bought 4 foot by 6 foot piece and was more then enough. Too take off that plastic panel you'll need a 10mm box end wrench and a 7/32 nut driver. Once you take off the plastic panel, cut your carpet pad too fit. You'll need too add a extra layer around the edege along the bottem. About 1" think worked great for me. I used double sided tape too hold it in place. Remember too cut hole for key lock, and slits for mounting points. Pack it thick right behind where it says "ALERO". This is cheap and easy too do. Hope this helps you, it worked for me.

Just thought I'd let everyone know what worked for me. Heck, for under ten bucks and about a hour of my time.

^wouldn't the carpet padding get wet in that location. That stuff holds water pretty badly. Seems like a rust problem.

I would look for a closed cell foam that wouldn't hold water.
