there are 2 10mm bolts on the back of the radio holding it to the dash. They totally blow to get at.

That's for the 97 and below ...
For the 98-02, there a screw behind the clock and 2 more under the front edge of the radio bezel. Then 4 7mm bolts holding in the radio.

4 8 mm bolts on the radio.
I just pull the console on the 97 and under, I've done so many it takes me longer to clean all the customers crap out of the console than to take it out and the dash off.. I do use a long extension and skewdriver to pull the 2 8mm's under and behind the radio on the 90-93's though..

if it has the big round dash w/a clock in the center at the top, remove the small plastic cover around the clock, be careful, i use a small pick tool, once removed, there is one screw there, remove it, there should be two other screws up under the dash, remove. gently pull forward on the radio trim bezel, note, there are two snap clips on each side of the radio, disconnect wire harness and remove panel take off 4 8 mill srews and reassemble. AI dash kit # is hon-k828 however i prefer metra.
