Okay, my staging from the driver's side sounds great... but the passenger's side sounds lopsided... it seems as if its too strong, you can hear the sound coming from th rightside.
The driver's side sounds more balanced...
any suggestions?

Have you checked each speakers aiming or axis?
It's abit of a compromise for the driver. But it sounds like the angles from L & R aren't the same, and are aimed more to one side.
Also does your Balance sound right (L + R)
Are the speakers in the kicks as close to identical placement, as this again may be more to the driver side benefit.
Just a thought.

It could be that you're use to the way it sounds on the driver's side because that's where you usually are. It may be a little lopsided, but it sounds normal to you. From the passenger side it's more noticeable because you're not there very often and it's lopsided in the other direction thus amplifying the affect in your mind.
It could also be that your angles are a little off. You may be getting balanced SPL from each speaker in one seated position, but in another, the off-axis response is not balanced.
When I aim my drivers, I listen from both positions and try to aim the opposite driver (furthest away) more on-axis than the closer driver to balance out SPL from left to right in each listening position.
Yes, sometimes it takes a while to get it right, but it's well worth it.

It might be because there are more things in the way on the driver side. With more obstacles in the way of the sound, it could restrict some of the sound. On the passenger side, there is nothing to restrict the sound except for the passenger's leg. It would then make the right side sound louder because more of the soundwave is being heard. Just a thought. How are you doing, Mr. Nick? Give me a call sometime, I think you know who this is. I lost that bid on a zr1000 I was watching, it sucked because they shipped to Guam.
