I like the BA tweeters, but the mids leave much room for improvement. I think, for a really killer price, you should try the Canton components. You may have problems finding them, but when you do, you'll understand. They sound absolutely wonderful!

STILL waiting to hear a GOOD pair of HLCD's!!

If it dont fit, force it... if it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyway...

I thought I answered your post more than adequetely, I said I liked the BA tweets, but they're mids leave something to be desired. I also suggested that for less money you could have a better sounding set of Canton's, if you can find them.

I heard the Pro components demoed and were not that impressed with them. They also let me hear the Ralleys and I actually liked them better. Maybe they didn't have them hooked up right (out of phase?), but if you already have the Ralley set I would keep them.

i currently have 2 Rally sets running for my front stage, the RC61 and RC51 (6.5" and 5.25") they sound great, but as Audiophyle said they do leave out a good amout of midbass. That is the case with the Pro series too. In my opinion i like the Rallys better. But now I have been seriously considering the Cantons. i heard the 10" 3-way comp set and fell in love, with the sound. So i think I am am going with that set up front with maybe some Focal 5 1/4" subs to back it up even more. 8 15's can really bring your sound stage back!!!

I think, upgrading Rallies with Pros would be like upgrading 1.8 litre motor with 2.0 - difference not worth afforts.

Pros do sound better but are not worth their price. Just MHO.
