Is it true that not all cars are suitable for SQ system?
I feel discomfort on my ears after listening to my system for 15 minutes and the volume is only medium or lower. Could be some frequency are not set correctly on the EQ. I wonder which frequency range can cause discomfort if set high. I'm using AudioControl EQX-2.
Please advice.

Could more than likely be listening fatigue. I'd have to hear it to be able to make any kind of suggestions....

STILL waiting to hear a GOOD pair of HLCD's!!

If it dont fit, force it... if it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyway...

I found my T/A to have peaks at 250 and 500 Hz. Every car is different. Cut them back with my EPX2. This allowed me to hear the other freqs better and improved the sound. Also cut one of the higher freqs too. All I've used to tune so far is an R'Shack meter and the My Disk.
