Bare with me, it is kinda long. I have a pair of FNX 5.25 componets in the doors of my pickup. I also have a pair of FNX 6.5's that I haven't installed yet. I had planned on putting the 6.5's in the rear and make some buildouts for the front, for better imaging. I decided last weekend, when I got started on the project, to put both the 5.25 and the 6.5 in the front in a custom kickpanel enclosure. This week I had a friend tell me that he would buy the FNX's off me for a very good price. I have been wanting the FNQ's, and now that I can get almost what I paid for them in the first place, I was wondering what I should go with, up front. I figured the 5.25 FNQ componet set along with the FNQ 6.5 seperate driver in the front panels. Sorry for the long post. Thanks.

If your amp can push the Q's maybe you should go for it, they are supposed to be RF's top of the line components. Just remember that they need 30 more watts than the fanatic X series components.

I have a set of the 6.5qs and they sound great. The tweeters are the only shortcoming. Set the xover jumpers to -3 or -6 db to cut them back. Also a little eq-ing helps too.
