I'm planning on buying crossfire amps for my system. I know that they are not the best but they are good budget amps. What do you guys have to say about their SQ, obviosly Im not planning on competing in SQ so Im just looking for good SQ for everyday music. My other option would be Rockford amps and I would like to know if it is worth spending the extra money. Thanks for any opinions.

Go with the Crossfire. They are awesome little amps at the right price. I've never blown a 602 no matter how hard I've tried, now thats saying something. I don't even want to get into a Rockford battle with somebody....just look at them though, how do you make an install flow with those things?

between Crossfire and Audiobahn, I don't think you'll have a problem. They are two of the newer, and less expensive, amp companies out on the market today. I've heard nearly no complaints on either one.
Fosgate has always been a good strong amp, and with the recent price drop are more affordable for everyone.
Any of them would be a good/smart choice, but I'd do crossfire/audiobahn or even earthquake just to be different. If you want to be really different, go with Blaupunkt, CV, JBL, JVC amps!! Not that they are bad or better than anyothers, but just not as widely seen. Same with Orion, big on the circuit, but not seen around town as much (least my last few towns) --> Johnstown, Pittsburgh, Easton, Waldorf, even DC.

thanks for your input guys, I going now with crossfire, hey "jlcrossfirejl" I can get the cfa 602 for $300 but I think I'll go with the 1000d for my subs and the 75wx2 model for the mids, how does it sound? I have some 6.5 sony mobile es components up front and two 12" subs.

how can you do that? if you are buying online wouldn't advise it. i perosnally don't like the idea of buying stuff with no warranty!! it depends on which subs you are running?? cause the 602 will put out a lot of power, they have an unregulated power supply so if you can get an accuvolt more the better. the 1000d is a very powerful machine, the thing is it deosn't make max power until you can get your sub load down to 1 ohm which may require new subs?? it all depends on what you have you didn't really state which brand or ohm load you polan o have finally so i really can't help you there. but the amp you were looking for should be perfect for the front, might wnat to get the 100x2 model if money allows, just for the idea of future expanding. hope that helps, sned me an email if you have any more questions i would be glad to answer any you have!!
