Correct me if I'm wrong...I probably am...a QTC on a sealed box of 0.707 would be considered harmonicaly perfect, correct?

Harmonically perfect? No, just that it has a QTC that is considered the best. SQ is totally in your ear. There is no such thing as harmonic perfection.
