I just got a set of Z6 Boston Acoustics that Im going to put into my mustangs doors and Im wandering if I should run them to my xtant 604x at 75w a piece along with my sl95 6x9's or run the z6's separate to my xtant 404m at 200w a piece bridged? Whats the ideal amount of power to run them off of?

If I had that choice I would run the 200 to them just for the headroom.

You could always try it both ways and see which you like better.

Moderation, all in moderation.

It's like having a sportscar that can go 190 mph, you don't have to drive it that fast all of the time.

Better to have some more power on tap than not enough and crank the gains to compensate.

My friend had 600 watts (300 per side) to a set of Z6's in his doors. They took it crossed over at 60 hz without a problem. His doors are heavily deadened also.
