Guys, I have been planning a new system and was wondering if anyone has heard the Cantons. Dukk has alot of good things to say about them. Other speakers that I have been considering are the Diamond Hex, Dynaudio, JL XRs, and maybe the A/D/S 3 series as well. My problem is that I fell in love with the B&W speakers and want that sound in my car. Dukk said the Cantons sound similar and Earl Zausmmer said the Dynadios were close to the B&W sound. I planned to be using the 6 1/2s- 7s in the Dynaudio case.
Thanks guys.

I've heard the Canton's. They are amazing for the price! In simplest terms, amazing for the price! I dont know if I'd run them in a car I am seriously chasing the finals with though. I like the "A" series from a/d/s/. If money is no object, go with the B&W system. Dynaudio's are pretty sweet too.

If it dont fit, force it... if it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyway...

I don't plan to make a run at ***** anytime soon. The reason I was asking is because there aren't any Canton dealers in my area. Well there are a few home dealers who say they can get the car stuff, but it has to be prepaided. There isn't any differences in the Canton home and car stuff is there?

Yes. build quality is completely different between the 2. The car speakers are built with a little bit stiffer frame, for obvious reasons. The car stuff also runs 4Ohm, not 8. Any other differences are going to pretty much be in the sound, compared to pre-built home speaker boxes, and the best you can do in a car.
