I need you to give me some ideas for DD in a SQ application. I think of running two 9500's or 9000's in a ported box I'd like 2 individual boxes and just have them lined up as one. I am trying to decide which amp I would like to use. I was thinking DEI 1100d or maybe strapping 2 at 1 ohm. Which ever one you think is better let me know. I think 5 cubes or less.

im not iboomalot but id go for 4 cubes after disp. with like around 40 sq inches of port... maybe less depending on the power u give it and the tuning.

so ur saying using 2 1100 dei's for both subs???

if so id find some 9000 series.

Might need a touch more port area than that...even with 1100w each, air speed in the port is kinda high. [Smile]

Vb is good though...31hz tuning predicts only 0.5 db of ripple from 31.5hz to 80hz, and an F3 of 30hz or so.
