where can i download the instacal software?

The Instacal program can be found on your Term-LAB distribution CD. If you have lost your CD, you can download the program from www.termpro.com/whe/updates/instacal.zip

I can download it now, but I got this error when I try to install TERMLAB:

Error 1904.module c:\windows\system32\cbmdaq.ocx failed to register. hresults - 2147024770 Contact support personell.

What does that mean ?
