It tells me to call you guys up (which I did) for a reset code. It was not able to be resolved and I just didn't allow the program to be closed until the end of the show, which worked.
THe program was installed on a friends laptop for the show.
Now I get to my home PC where it has always been installed and it gives me the same thing. I use the original activation code again and it doesnt make a difference...it says code accepted, then it says "the usb interface box needs to be reinitialized"..just like it did when I went through the same process at the show on a friends laptop.
Whats goin on here? I installed it on a different laptop a while ago and it never gave any problems, now its really acting up.

I'd also like to add that everytime I open the program it asks to be activated...then I put the code in and it does the "needs to be reset" thing...but then says it can be used 10 more times...everytime.
BUT, if I don't put the code in, it will say "you can use it 9 more times"...then give me the "reset the box" thing again and I hit cancel, it says 8 more times.
close, start again, asks for the code again, put it in...code accepted..."reset the box", cancel... and then it comes up with "you have 10 more times to use it" again.
