I just got back a pro-lite leader board from being repaired.
I have tried everything to get it to work with term lab. When the computer sends data - it just trns off the display.
1) Swapped data cables - still no worky 2) swapped leader boards with another sign. One sing works perfectly - the other sing doestn't 3) changed sign id form 1 , 2 to 3 4) changed baud rate 9600, 4800 all the way down to 300

The firmware in the sign is "wrong". The firmware for the Leaderboard displays is specifically written for Term-LAB. You will need to call Pro-Lite and talk with Mike at ext 106. Explain the problem and tell him your sign was purchased from WHE Inc. and requires WHE firmware to operate. He will take care of the problem.
