Yeah as soon as I posted that I saw that post. I did that and it ran through the install just fine. But then, I needed to install Instacal and since I didn't have the original Termlab cd, I had to go online and download it. I did that. Then it says that Instacal is supposed to recognize Termlab and it didn't. The instruction said if there is a 0 in parenthases (sp) then you need to update your Human Interface Device Driver. I'm running XP so I don't see why that was necessary. But again, since I didn't have the original Termlab CD, I wasn't able to get the UPDATEHID.BAT file that it said to run for the update. So again I am stuck without a file or whatever I need to get it to run...any suggestions on this one, thanks for everybodys help so far

I tried installing everything on my brand new Dell desktop as well and I still get the same problem. It says to rerun Instacal. Nothing I do works??
