i have an old mic setup and was wondering if my mics would work with the my friends new sensor setup? we use the sensor setup at a weekly bass off where a lot of harley and croch rockets attend so to get them involved we are doing a loud pipe competition. it dosent seem right one guy with a harley was doing a low 130 something but it hurt my ears really bad and i thought there was no way that is a 130 everyone around jumped and spun around holding their ears so i guess my question is does the sensor only read up to a certain freq and if i use the mic will it accurately read dbs at high freq as wellas low freq?
