Dear Mr Harris

I have install my Term-Lab meter to my new laptop and i can't save my meter's k-factor.
What i have to do?

Dont know if this is the problem, but you cant change the k-factor, oncy you have startet an event (start to do measurements)
So perhaps try to start a new event, and change the k-factor before you do any measurements.

you need to put dot not the , in your windows paramaters
