hi wyane. my name is andy from south africa a few months back i purchased a term lab usb meter. since then ive used it many times and ive a lot of fun using it. i saw the software upgrade and wanted to know if it would work and if so how do i download it. many thanks andy.my email andyssound@yahoo.com

1. Go to www.termpro.com and then click on Term-LAB. 2. Register as a new user. Upon registration, the Termpro website will email you your password. 3. After you recive your password, go back to the Term-LAB page on the website and Log In. 4. Download the latest update from the website. The file size is about 17 MB. 5. Install the update. 6. Run Term-LAB. The first time you run Term-LAB, you will probably be asked to register your software. Click OK. You will see a Registration dialog box on your computer. At the top of this dialog box you will see your Term-LAB serial number. Write this number down and then minimize Term-LAB. 7. Go back to the Term-LAB page on the website and select Activate Meter. Enter your Term-LAB serial number. The website will generate and display your Activation Number. Enter this number into the Term-LAB program that is asking for the Activation Code.
You only need to do this once. In the future, all you will need to do is download and install the software update.
