I lost my TermLab CD, I logged in and when I click download TermLab is shows an error.

Looking for help/input. Thanks.

I don't think it will ever be fixed. I think that too many people were downloading the software after buying a used term-lab.

If you are the original owner it is no problem,call wayne. If you bought it used then call wayne and get a support contract.

That is all well and good, i am the original owner but how does calling Wayne help? He can not send the sw down the phone line (Plus the fact i am in the UK) I still think it is wrong that the update/download is not working. A lot of people have spent a lot of money buying term labs. Also how do people with 2nd hand term labs download the sw without being registered?

but whenever i've downloaded the update before, its asked me for a username and password?? if i had just bought a second hand termlab then i would not have this surely unless i was registered??

maybe wayne could put a link to the download in an email so that genuine customers could get the updates via download and therefore get the service they actually bought and paid for?? not rocket science is it??
