I don't think it will ever be fixed. I think that too many people were downloading the software after buying a used term-lab. If you are the original owner it is no problem,call wayne. If you bought it used then call wayne and get a support contract. -------------------- Just some thoughts from a nobody.

He can not send the sw down the phone line (Plus the fact i am in the UK) I still think it is wrong that the update/download is not working.
