I made same topic month or two ago and got no answer... what is going on? why is still not working the download page on termlab site?

I believe updates are not currently available through the website. I would suggest you e-mail Wayne Harris at wharris@termpro.com

I am trying to update the software bversion on my TL using the help--->update software menu, but when it finds the update available and I click on the 2download update" button the only thing I get is the window saying "downloads unavailable at this time"

the problem is that it happens all the times!

what's the right process to get the TL updated???

I have also this problem and would like to update my term-lab. I have reinstall my system.
