I obviously have an extremely old version of the s/w, and I have no "update" option under HELP, so how in God's name do I upgrade the software?

gotta call wayne. better hope it wasnt bought used, or it will be $100 to upgrade!

well here is the deal, i bought mine from Wayne but lost the cd, I got a .zip from someone who apparently used the oldest version known to man, and this is where I am... I will check my computer at home and maybe its a different version. I just wanted to learn a few things on it, it will definately work for what I need it for, regardless of version.

yeah under HELP it says ABOUT I beleive and it will tell you the #
