My laptop froze up over the weekend while testing, when I rebooted and started up the termlab software it now says USB Interface device needs to be re-intialized please call for new passcode, I press okay and it asks for a code and when I enter my activation code it says it is the wrong code. After all that I hit cancel and the program closes????

Anyone seen this before? I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Instacal and Termlab software and i still get the same message.

You will have to call Wayne and get the code needed to intialize the interface then it will ask you for your activation code again.
