Hi everybody!
I have a problem with my Term-Lab. most times the timer is stopping or the "countdown" don´t starts at all.
I have proofed all settings and did everything i can find here but nothing helped.

my pc is an Acer Aspire 7520G with Vista Home Premium. On another partition is XP professional installed.

I hope that somebody can help me with my problems.

Greetings from Germany

My guess is that the USB chipset in the computer is not compatible ...

OR

You need to review the following article...

Make sure you are connecting Term-LAB directly to the computer's USB port and not a USB hub.

i was looking for the USB chipset and there is no ALI or SIS in the device manager.
my term-lab is directly connected to the computer.
i tried everything but my term-lab isn´t working correctly.
I will try an PCMCIA USB-card. i hope there will be no problems with the chipset.
