I need a little bit more info in order to assist you...

1. Are you running Term-LAB?
2. What operating system are you running on your computer? (XP or Vista)
3. What are you doing when the error occurs? Try to be as specific as possible.

Is this a Term-LAB.NET system? (Uses an interface card that connects to a white interface box with a ribbon cable.)

I would recommend re-installing all of the software. Follow the installation instructions precisely.
