I have an older system. The one with a mic and the parallel (printer) port key, and the MDF disk. I think my MDF disk might be bad. Can I get a new one if that is the case? Like I say its an older setup so it was before the need to log in for updates.I still have the original disk just the MDF floppy isnt reading. I am afraid its erased or when the last computer it was installed on died I wasn't able to uninstall it to recover the authorization files. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im not in a position to just scrap this one and buy a new USB based system so I really just need to get this one up and running if anyone can assist me.

The MDF disk just tell the termlab what the "original" calibration of your mic (mics) is. You don't need the MDF disk to get your system to work. You may contact one that has the old Audiocontrol calibrator and help you calibrate your mics, or you can go to an event and use your score as a calibration. Anyway, the TERMLAB.Classic will not show the same score as the new TERMLAB.USB system

Well It is up and running but if anyone happens to have a good MDF disk I could use one to calibrate this thing. Also anyone have any luck on printers with the older system.Any suggestions on which one to use. Im using an epson cx3200 networked in right now but Im going to direct connect one soon just curious if I need or can do anything to make it more printer friendly
