when i open termlab a message displayed: "the usb interface box needs to be re-initialized. please call 800-655-0010 for reset code......." What can i do????????? Help me

1. Close any programs that are running. 2. Unplug your Term-LAB interface box from the USB port on the computer. 3. Plug the Term-LAB back in. 4. Run Term-LAB. 5. If you still receive this message, please email info@termpro.com with a copy of the message and the serial number that is at the top of the window asking for the initialization code.
