When your computer is attached to a network, the Term-LAB software appears to run very, very slowly. (The count-down timer is slow, the readings take a long time to appear, etc.) When you disconnect from the network, the software seems to run fine.
Problem
In early versions of the Term-LAB software, the program would "look" for the dBTV server (in anticipation of broadcasting an event) whenever you first started the program. If the dBTV server was down or if the dBTV server could not be found, then Term-LAB could exhibit this symptom.
This issues was addressed several months ago. Now, you must check the Network Enable option before Term-LAB will look for the server. (Networking capability is an option on USB systems.)
Solution
To resolve this problem, download and install the latest version of the Term-LAB software.
