ever time i try to install my term-lab on my new laptop i cet runtime error 372 fail to load capturepro from capturepro3.dll. ive try everting put the updated caputerpro3.dll and nothing please help

is the interface box connected to your computer when this happens? i had the same problem one time turned out the usb cable was no good
