I just purchased a Term-Lab and installed the software the first time no probs. then my PC crashed so I reinstalled all of my programs including Instacal and TermLab but now it gives me a error that the key is not found.
I must have reinstalled the software more than 10 times and I even went so far as to reinstall windows XP thrice.
Please help I am very desprit.
By the way the TL was bought January 2006 and the Serial #0000000058, does this mean that it is no 58?
