I just would like to update my Termlab.NET by downloading the latest version..as i have a 3.something version!!

I cant download because the system tells me i didnt activate my meter.True, i didnt activate it.But just because it never asked me to (maybe its so old this activation thing wasnt around still?).

So, I cant activate the meter, and cant thus download a new version. But i would like to, really...how can i do?can i just have someone with a tl download it for me and install it?

1. First, you must register on the Term-LAB home page. (You have already done this.)
2. Run Term-LAB. Select Help / About from the pull-down menu. Make a note of your serial number. (This number is 10 digits long.) Close Term-LAB.
3. Go back to the Term-LAB home page and select "Activate Meter". You will be asked to log in. Use your email address and password to log in. If you can't remember you password, click on the "Forgot Password" link and the website will email you your password.
4. Once you are logged in, follow the on-line instructions. When the website asks for your serial number, enter the 10-digit number (including all leading zeroes) from step 2 above. The website will email you an activation code. Please save this code.
5. From the Term-LAB home page, manually download the new version of Term-LAB and save it to your computer.
6. Uninstall your old version of Term-LAB.
7. Install the new version.
8. Run the new version. The program will tell you it needs to be activated. Enter the activation code from step 4.
