i m tring to regiter my new meter and i can get to the termlab meter activation screen.i type the serial#,model,k factor ect...when i click "activate meter"it goes to the next screen and says this termlab-meter activation [microsoft][ODBC SQL Sever Driver][SQL Sever]String or Binarydatawould be truncater /termlab/activate2.asp,line95... can i call for the activation number or what??? thanks ray

Please make sure you are using the decimal "." when entering the K-factor and not a comma ",".

177.9 would be acceptible
177,9 would not

I don't know where you are from ? but this could be the problem if you are an international customer. It is important to note that you must use the decimal when using Term-LAB or you will encounter errors as well.

Also, make sure the serial number you enter is the number displayed at the top of the activation window in Term-LAB. Please see the following article ...
