Topic: new term lab question
i just recieved my second one, a later version, installed it, and ran it for about 10 min, then it locked up. couldn't get anything, but the term lab loading screen with the blue loading bar going all the way across, then that's all, it stays there. i have removed it all, cleaned up, de fragmented, and are going to start all over again. i had an earlier version on the same laptop, so i know it should work.

I think you called me and the problem has been resolved. If not, don't forget to re-run Instacal after re-installing your software.
