WHEN THE BRACKETS ARE CREATED, SHOULD IT PAIR 1-8 TO MEET THE WINNER OF 4-5 AND 2-7 TO MEET WINNER THE OF 3-6? THEN THE WINNER OF 1-8/4-5 TO MEET THE WINNER OF 2-7/3-6? MINE DOES NOT DO THIS. IT SEEMS TO RANDOMLY PAIR SCORES. WHEN THERE ARE LESS THAN EIGHT SCORES, IT DOES NOT GIVE THE GREATEST BYE TO THE HIGHEST SCORE. IS THERE ANY SOLUTIONS FOR THIS OR IS IT JUST MY COMPUTER?

Bass Race pairings are done randomly by design. (This is one of the rules for Bass Race.) You may want to discuss this further in the Bass Race forum. Also, please be advised that the Bass Race judging in Term-LAB is still being "tweaked". Please insure you are running version 5.5.31 or later.
