This problem is the result of improper field calibration.

Term-LAB does not require calibration. If you run the Calibration utility in the Instacal program, you will corrupt the factory calibration values. There is no way to correct this problem except to send the card back to the factory for re-calibration. (This is not covered by warranty.)

As stated in the owner's manual, you should NEVER run the calibration utility in Instacal.
