i get to the Download part, and when i click on it....nothing happens.......I'm on a mac, but I plan to burn on cd the new software and onstall it on my laptop.....

Try it again. I worked on the downloader this morning. You may not be able to download from a MAC because of the way I am writing the auto download code.

You may be having the same problem I did. I found I could not download the new software because I did not register my Term-Lab sensor serial number under the account I was trying to download the software off of. If you did not activate you meter using the account you are trying to download the software off of the go to "activate meter" and enter your Term-Lab's serial number as if you were activating the meter. You will then receive an activation code. Just ignore it. Then try downloading the software again.
