Me again.
I have come a little further now the installation begins. But it stops after 70%
asking me if I have a complete installation CD, if I have space enough on the HDD
and if I have the rights to install.

I have the Cd that came with the Termlab USB System last week.
I have 18GB left on the HDD
I am the administrator on the computer, so I cannot see any problem, as I can installe other kinds of programs.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1100 with XP Home and SP2.
The USB is Intel.

Does anyone know a hint ?
:-) Joan

I had the EXACT same problem. The only way I could fix the problem was by re-formating my hard drive.

You can try downloading Instacal from www.termpro.com/whe/updates/instacal.zip

I am not aware of any issues with Instacal at this time.

Thanks four your answers.
I did try to download the Instacal.zip also but
I had to solve the problem yesterday, so I reformatet the HDD, and startet all over.

Then it did work and I had no problems about installing everything correctly.

Joan,

Evidently, there was some type of problem with your operating system. To assist me with helping others in the future, can you please tell me...

What OS were you running?
What, exactly, was the error message (if you can remember)?
Do you have any ideas as to what the problem may have been?

Thanks in advance.

Wayne, sorry this is off topic. But, at the bottom of every page it says copyright Carson City, Nevada. But, you say on your profile that you are from Post Fall, ID.... So which?

i can not speak for wayne of course, because i am not him, and know nothing of his business dealings... however i can speculate.

MANY business, setup thier corporate headquarters in nevada, due to taxes [Smile]

nevada does not have business tax.

when i had my company running, we were based out of nevada, although i lived in, and operated, out of ohio. simply for tax purposes.

this MAY be why WHE, Inc. is based in carson city.
