i just wanted to drop a quick line, or feedback if you will, about my experience getting a termlab.
first of all, i went onling, in search of a used termlab. my fiancee found out about it, and as soon as i went to work, she came to the site, and bought me a brand new termlab for my birthday this weekend (bless her little heart!)
anyway, she was worried about whether it would make it here by sunday (she ordered on monday)
so, she called to find out when it might ship. she talked to wayne himself, and he asked the name it was ordered under.
wayne then told her, it ALREADY shipped, and it was shipped next day overnight air, for a.m. delivery! (remember, this was only a few hours after she ordered it!)
and, it was promptly delivered by DHL on tuesday morning at 10:30. the day after she placed the order in the afternoon.
2 enthusiastic thumbs up for waynes commitment to customer service.
i had some problems getting the termlab to install on my pc. so i called, figuring i would get some customer service guy reading a script book, who wouldnt be able to help me. instead i was put through to wayne, who, without hesitation, spent the next hour on the phone with me, until the termlabn was installed, registered, calibrated, and working.
overall, i couldn't be happier with my girl for secretly ordering me atermlab for my birthday. and i couldnt be happier with my experiece with wayne or WHE for thier service.
if you've ever wondered how soon you would get your termlab, or how hard it would be to get help with it.. now you know
big props to wayne. and thank you VERY much for your help.

I waited a while to get the termlab.usb, (was hoping to get the rta feature also) read alot of posts and finaly decided to order. I belive I ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. DHL did great and thanks to Wayne for the quick response. I haven't installed it yet because I'm waiting on a laptop for the shop and the van isn't ready yet anyway. Good work.
