When you register as a Term-LAB customer, the Term-LAB website will email you a temporary password. The website sends out these emails immediately so you should receive your confirmation email fairly quickly.
If you don't receive your confirmation email, then you either entered your email address incorrectly, or you (or your ISP) is blocking email from the Termpro website. First, you should make sure that your ISP or anti-SPAM software is not blocking the email address info@termpro.com. Once you have done this, go to the Term-LAB page on the website and select Lost Password from the menu. The website will then re-send your password.
