When you attempt to log in, you type in your Email address and password and then click log in. The website then instructs you to log in. This happens over and over again. (You don't receive an error message.)
The reason this is occurring is because the security settings on your browser are set too restrictively. Here is how you can fix the problem in Internet Explorer...
From your browser's pull-down menu, select Tools and then Internet Options.
Next, click on the Security Tab.
Click on the Trusted Sites Icon.
Click on the Sites button.
Type http://www.termpro.com in the Add this site to the zone text box and then click on the Add button. Make sure the check box requiring https is NOT checked.
Click OK.
You should now be able to log in successfully.
