I would like to see a "red light output on termlab" for bass race competitors and spectactors... So, when a competitor is getting red light, a beacon or red light will appair...

I would like to see a system in termlab were we can put up show sponsors or other sponsors on the “monitor system”, like a slide show. We just have a file were we put all the logos that shall be shown on the screens and if there is nothing that happens in for example 1 minute, the sponsor logos starts to scroll, like a screen saver or slide show.

A cool thing would also be if we can have sponsors in the “background” of the screen, think how cool that is if you for example has Pioneer logo in the background of lane 1 and JBL as sponsor in lane 2.

I think it would be cool to be able to click on the competitiors name and see what freq they played. At some local shows i use my termlab and test for their peak freq. Sometimes they forget it, it would be cool to be able to click on their name or something to see their information

it would be nice to be able to add in your own organization, for those of us who meter small local shows and such.

i think this is the best idea [Smile] .

It would be ok to have the chance to add in your org. profile, maybe choosing between a braketing style and a one-run style.

no joke. I like using the audio feature but i dont want to represent an organization that the show isnt being hosted by.

Hello i have a suggestion that comes from my old Linear-X System. It had the chance to make a measurement that would show the SPL for some frequencies.
I cant remember well, but it was useful as you could just play a 20-80Hz sweep, then watch this screen, and it would tell you the score at each frequency with 1Hz step.Very useful to find out the top freq, then testing in that range.Made things much faster than testing several tones to find out!!!

the termlab system already can do this. the spl of each freq is on the bar graph on the bottom of the screen

yep but it's a little less "clear" to use than the LinearX way to do it IMHO!

I would love the RTA to able to mirror the display of an Audiocontrol RTA ie. 3db divisions and clear bars.

Maybe even built in IASCA scoring ?

Thanks
Alan

Hello!!

I run 2 competitions this weekend with the multi monitor setup and the competitors loves it(even if its only 3 19" so far)

But in BassRace its hard for the competitors to se when to start when you dont have the leaderboard.

I would like to see a STANDBY---READY---SET---GO on the screens then the clock turns to 29.

Also if its possible to have the color for READY-SET-GO to turn like a trafic sign or the christmastree in dragracing (red - yellow - green with black text)
And i can say my sponsor were happy with the slideshow :-)

this is sort of a continuation of the stats display.
have it announce if your a paid member of db drag / bass race, and your current world ranking when staging for your qualifying run.

In "SPL Mode" i would like to be able to go back and see the last 20 or so scores and waveforms. Maybe add a "Save" button next to Start, Stop, and Reset.

...or maybe this is already possible and i just havent seen it yet. [Confused] [Big Grin]
