I have tried on numerous occassions to download the latest update for termlab, with no success...
Please advise me on what I am doing wrong.

Andy are you trying to download it using dialup? I noticed that from our side of the world, the connection to the termpro site isn't as stable as one would like it.
Where in SA are you situated? I have the newest versions of both Instacal & TermLab I've compiled onto a disk. And would be able get a copy of it to you.
Send me a private message so we can sort out how we can get you your software.
