hello i have a problem whit my usb term lab its not running anymore and tells my to instal some kind of code .(feature activation /initialization code(serial#:0000000161)) plaese help what too do im no wis kid at computers .

after loking too default teh computer told me this c:\docume ~1\kornelus\locals1~\temp\wer11.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt.i dont no wat too do please help

You need the activation code. Check page 3 Section 4 in your owners manual. You need to log on to the Main TermPro Site and register. Once that has been done follow the activation link, enter your e-mail address & password (used to register with) and then fill in all the information required especially the serial number, I believe in your case it's (serial#:0000000161) from your post. In turn you will be supplied with an activation code to unlock the software. Write it down somewhere (The owners manual is a good idea) as with PC's being such fickle things you never know when you could be prompted for it again.
P.S. Here's a tip to making your life with PC's so much easyer. Read the manual. FAQ is an acronym for frequently asked questions, and the technical support part of this site also has info regarding this I believe. In which case if you read either of the those you would have known what I just explained to you.
