Hi,
I've got a problem with Termlab net system:
Few months ago i bought Termlab.
When it arrived i tried to start it but there was an error : the 30 sec countdown did not start.
I just tried to restart my notebook and restart termlab too, but the problem still persist.
So I launched the "tuning test" ......and then it works!
But the problem is that now the measures are wrong.
Every measure is approximately 5dB higher than the real (comparated with other termlab systems)
Moreover, in the RTA module, there is a noise
( a sort of "pink noise" - i try to attach a screenshot).
I would know if is there a way to get termlab system work.
Must i send you back for recalibrate it?
In this case, what i have to do . How much does it cost to me? (excluding delivery cost)
(Please, give me a sort of procedure considering i am in Italy )

I have to send back to Wayne the pcmcia term-lab card.
Where send it ( address) How send It ( delivery service) How send Wayne the money for the assistance service...
Can someone answer my questions or tell me where to find the correct procedure "checklist" ?
Maybe I have to contact directly Wayne?
I really don't know what ( How ) To do.
