Symptom

When you launch Term-LAB you receive an error message stating, "USB Interface box not found. Please connect hardware and/or re-run Instacal."

Problem

The Term-LAB USB Interface box is not attached to the computer.

Solution

The white Term-LAB Interface box must be attached to the computer whenever you run Term-LAB.

  • Attach the Term-LAB Interface box to the computer with a USB cable.
  • Verify that the green Status LED on the front panel of the Interface box is illuminated.
